A field guide
to one garden.

Most landscapes are handed over beautiful and undocumented. The plants go in, the crew drives off, and you're left guessing at what needs water, what needs cutting back, and what is simply resting.

PropertyBloom is the record that should have come with the yard: every plant photographed, identified and mapped, and a season's worth of care written in plain language.

However your garden gets documented — by you, by us, or by your landscaper — you keep the book.

I · The walk
One pass, one photo each

Walk your yard photographing each plant, bed by bed. Identification and health notes come back while you're still outside — or have us do the whole walk for you.

II · The plate
Every plant has an address

Each plant is numbered and dropped onto an aerial plate of your property, so advice always points somewhere real — that hydrangea, in that bed, by the fence.

III · The report
Seasonal, not encyclopedic

You get a handful of tasks for this week — what to water, what to cut back, what to leave alone — not a hundred pages of theory.

What we won't do

We don't sell plants, push products, or bury you in generic advice scraped from the internet. Every recommendation points at a plant we can name, in a spot we can point to, in your yard.
